RETURN POLICY

We do not accept/refund any used products, but if your package destroyed/wrecked during the shipping process, you can email us within 24 hours of its' arrival with confirmed evidence, such as photos or videos, and we will send you the same product with no charge. We do not accept opened/used products. Although there has never been any situation like this, we like to clarify what you are to do if it ever does. We make sure all of our customers' orders are never harmed. If you happen to receive the wrong order, you will be able to return the order you received, and exchange it with the product you ordered.
