"When will I get my tracking number?"
Tracking numbers are sent out when your order begins to be shipped to you. Please refer to the 'Custom Necklace' product page to see how long it may take to get to you :)
"I ordered [ ] days ago and my package isn't here yet. Your shipping policy says shipping takes 1-3 days. What's wrong?"
Shipping is not the same thing as processing. Please allow 2 days for us to process the item. If the item you ordered is a custom-made order (custom necklaces or letter necklace) it will not be made and shipped out in 1-3 days :)
"I don't like this product anymore/I don't want this product anymore. Can I get a refund?"
No. We only refund if the order was demolished during the shipping process (with reliable proof) or if the product is broken in any way (with reliable proof as well). Please refer to our 'Policies' page :)
